This 2-hour workshop is strictly capped to keep the environment relaxed and supportive for personal exploration.
Traditional self-reflection often relies heavily on talking and logic, which can leave deeper aspects of our inner world unexplored, especially when we are navigating complex life transitions. This session is designed to gently bypass those analytical barriers. By using process-led art and metaphor cards, we can safely uncover the symbols and unconscious thoughts you might not otherwise have the words for.
